Concept: The concept is a mobile app where you can phone someone(AI) and have a chat if you're feeling lonely , I believe this will work well with a target audience aimed at mainly the elderly however might catch the youths attention. The user opens the app and then can press the call button at the bottom of the screen, this will then connect the user to a call with a unique AI imitating a human being (each time the AI will have a completely different personality) and engaging in conversation, depending where the user wants to take it, There is then the option to save the number of the said AI if you would like to speak to them again, and the idea is they will build a relationship with this AI that uses ML and help combat loneliness for the elderly. The App is called  ElderlyAI.

Concept: My concept is that of a already popular application Tinder, however the twist is that employers can swipe right/left for potential candidates to be added into a short list, and then contacted for an interview.
